About Our Facility
We are an indoor climate controlled facility with 151 units of various sizes - 10x10 ft, 10x12 ft, 10x14 ft, and 5x7 ft. The storage unit construction is steel, and each unit has a metal roll up door. The entrance doors have a keyless entry system which allows each renter to have their own entrance code. All renters have 24 hour access to the surveillance-secured facility.
Our temperature controlled units stay between 60 - 80 degrees, year round. The exterior walls and roof are insulated which provides a "low dust" environment. The heating and air conditioning system consists of refrigerated air cooling and natural gas heating providing a "low humidity" environment. The facility aisles are spacious which allows easy movement. We offer a move-in special of your first month FREE with a 1 year lease.
